Jeremy will explain the Green Man Brewery’s different methods of production, communication and relationship with our customers. In today's economic environment it is more important than ever to try to cater to the ever growing demand for sustainable businesses from the public, as well as building a business which has a goal of returning a reasonable profit to its shareholders. Green Business can save money and grow a loyal client base at the same time.
Jeremy Seaman is General Manager of the Green Man Brewery in Dunedin (www.greenmanbrewery.co.nz). He has been a Shareholder and Director from the start of the brewery almost 5 years ago. He resigned as a Director when he took over the role of General Manager in order to not confuse roles. He has 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, and was a fully Qualified Chef.
