Theresa Downs is an Assistant Research Fellow at CSAFE, working within the Kia Mau Te Tītī Mo Ake Tonu Atu ('Keep the tītī forever') and ARGOS research programmes. Originally from the North Island, she has a biology degree from the University of Waikato and a Master of Science in ecology from the University of Otago. Theresa also has experience in the fields of plant ecology, freshwater ecology and science education.
