Scott Willis is editorial assistant to the International Journal of Rural Sociology hosted by CSAFE. He is currently completing a PhD on ‘The Cultural Economy of Terroir’ having completed ethnographic work in Burgundy in 2003/2005. He has also previously studied the Neo-peasantry in France, and conducted ethnographic work at the European Parliament. Scott is responsible for facilitating CSAFE – France relations (institutional and student exchange) and is currently lecturing on ‘the Global Politics of Food’ in Anthropology.
