Sam McKechnie: Sam McKechnie is an Assistant Research fellow working on the Kia Mau Te Tītī Mo Ake Tōnu Atu (Keep The Tīti Forever) research project. His undergraduate and postgraduate degrees were completed in the Zoology department, University of Otago. Sam’s time is spent synthesising the long-term tītī data and presenting the results to the muttonbirding, and scientific communities.
