Florian Weller completed his MSc in Biology at the University of Munich in 2004, and joined CSAFE as a PhD student in 2005. He is currently involved in his thesis project which examines the interplay between habitat quality and the presence of introduced mammalian predators on farmland birds, and involves a large-scale predator control experiment on farms monitored in the course of the ARGOS project.
