Chris Perley has a background in forestry and agriculture, and is a consultant in land use policy and practice. Chris has been an associate of CSAFE since 2004. He is currently studying toward a PhD on “A socio-ecological systems approach to sustainable land management in New Zealand.” He is part of the Environmental Objective in the ARGOS team with an interest in integrated land management systems, environmental philosophy, and the restoration of economic and environmental functions in working landscapes.
