Dr Chris Rosin is a Research Fellow at CSAFE. He is also part of the ARGOS project, responsible for interviewing participating farmers and growers. His doctorate, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, examined the response of South American yerba mate producers to market pressures in the Common Market of the Southern Cone (MERCOSUR). The analysis involved both the social and ecological aspects of farm management. His research interests include political ecology, conventions theory, and sustainable agriculture.
