Postgraduate Students

Bonface Manono?s academic background is in ecology, waste and environmental sciences. After completing his undergraduate degree in biological sciences from Maseno University in Kenya, Bonface held a brief stint as a teacher, where he developed an interest in teaching. He therefore returned to college for a teaching qualification, this time graduating with a postgraduate diploma in education from Egerton University in Kenya.

In 2006, Bonface moved to the United Kingdom to pursue his master's studies. He graduated with an MSc with distinction in Waste Management, from the School of Environmental Management, at the University of the West of Scotland (UWS) in 2009. Prior to joining CSAFE in February 2011, Bonface had worked in consultancy as an associate with the Africa Waste and Environment Management Centre in Nairobi, Kenya.
