Abstract

The Green Man Brewery story so far. How, if you follow your passion, your vision can come true, and impact on a large number of people in a massively positive way. How one mans dream has become reality, how and why he got into organics and sustainability, as told from the Coal Face.

About the Speaker

Tom is originally from Bolton in the UK, and came to NZ in 1992 expecting to find a much 'Greener' country. I spent 17 years working in the gas industry, but began an Ecology Degree in 1998 after being made redundant at the age of 36. Graduating a few years later he then went on to set up his own business, Green Man Brewery, which has a major focus of sustainability and environmental awareness.
